Our policy


  • I understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.

  • If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session.

  • I understand that the services offered today are not a substitute for medical care. I understand that my therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.

  • I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions and injuries.

  • I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so.

  • I understand that massage is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.


Appointment cancellations


Our cancellation policy, heavy snow or other hazardous weather conditions will not result in a fee for appointment cancellations. In the event due to hazardous weather we will call and email you to cancel for that day. To reschedule your next appointment, please refer to the home screen page. If you are scheduled for an appointment and your therapist needs to cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and we are unable to have another therapist cover, please contact us and we can credit you something for the inconvenience. Unless it is Covid related. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to session and/or arriving 15 minutes past session start time is considered a missed appointment and full payment is due. Same goes for no call no shows.

You may not reschedule your session until full payment is made. If in the case you are sick due to COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19, please call to cancel your appointment immediately. Your fee will be waved. You will not be able to reschedule until two weeks after cancellation, and you must present documentation of a negative Covid-19 test result with your name and information that is no older than 72 hours.

      Respect for others

When you are in our hallways please be mindful and use quiet voices, there are other professionals working on the same floor who need to work. Quiet indoor voices appreciated. No running in the hallways. Restrooms are to the right of our suite, there is a men's room as well as a ladies room, please clean up after yourselves. Before you enter our studio please wash your hands. Toilets and sinks are cleaned daily, but feel free to clean before you use the rest room. There is cleaning spray in each of the restrooms, property of Sano Healing. Our office is in the process of expansion, we now have two treatment rooms as well as a front office space. Couples massage will soon we'll be able. Stay tuned! Emails will be sent out once couples massage is available.
